Select a fundraising card or donate to the main trust fund based on the need you want to support.
This page is structured in the same FAQ style as the reference you shared from DonateKart, but adapted for Infinity Charitable Trust, our donor dashboard, and our 80G certificate flow.
Select a fundraising card or donate to the main trust fund based on the need you want to support.
Complete your donation through the website and let the system connect the payment to your donor record when possible.
Use the donor dashboard to review donation history, recurring support preferences, and payment references.
Pick the financial year, complete PAN and address details if needed, and download the consolidated 80G certificate.
Infinity Charitable Trust is a community support platform and charitable organisation that helps donors contribute toward real causes and verified fundraising needs like child health, education, animal welfare, food support, and livelihood assistance.
Our donation model is built around transparency, practical giving, and visible project progress so supporters can understand where help is needed and how contributions move into action.
After making a donation, donors can sign in to their donor account, open the dashboard, choose a financial year, and use the Download 80G Certificate feature.
If PAN name, PAN number, and address details are not yet saved, the dashboard asks for them once and then generates a consolidated 80G certificate for all paid donations in that financial year.
This helps donors avoid downloading separate certificates for each donation.
To claim tax deduction support, donors first need their 80G details recorded for the relevant financial year. After that, the corresponding 10BE document can be issued according to the applicable compliance timeline.
For example, donations made during FY 2026-2027 are typically matched with the next compliance cycle, and donors should keep their 80G details completed in time.
If you need help with 10BE support, please contact the trust team so we can guide you with the right financial-year record.
A voluntary tip can help absorb platform, coordination, delivery, or price fluctuation overhead when product or project costs rise during a campaign period.
The tip is optional, and donors can choose whether or not to contribute it.
We focus on visible causes, linked fundraising projects, donor-linked records, and project progress tracking so supporters can see what is needed and how much has already been transferred.
The donor dashboard, donation history, 80G certificate access, and project-wise giving structure are designed to improve accountability and clarity.
Project support is applied according to the urgency and purpose of the selected cause or fundraising card. Depending on the campaign, support may be used during the live period or at the close of the drive.
Where updates are available, the trust can publish stories, media, and project progress so donors can follow the impact.
Donations are generally treated as final once successfully processed for charitable use. If a transaction is duplicated or a payment issue occurs, donors should contact the trust team with the payment reference for review.
Any exceptional refund decision depends on transaction status and whether the payment was duplicated or failed operationally.
Yes. Donors who want to stop monthly support or auto-pay preference can contact the trust team and request cancellation or account update.
We recommend sending the request from the same donor email used for your account so the change can be processed quickly.
Offline support may be possible, but online donations help us maintain project-level tracking, donor history, financial-year records, and tax-document support in one place.
For transparency and easier reporting, we recommend using the website donation flow whenever possible.
A project-linked giving model helps donors understand the need, target amount, and amount already transferred for a cause instead of donating into a vague bucket without visibility.
That creates a more transparent donor experience while still allowing general trust-fund support when needed.
